A/C PLAN #4

   To perform one yearly checkup of the A/C system.  The plan includes the labor only to perform the the following 10 check points

*Install  gauges and check operating pressures   *Check belt and adjust tension

*Check voltage & amperage to all motors         *Inspect air filters

*check temperature drop across indoor coil      *Check starting contactor contacts

*Check for adequate refrigerant charge             *Check thermostat

*Lubricate all moving parts                                *Check wiring connections

  All other service calls will be charged to the customer at prevailing rates.

A/C PLAN #5

   To perform one yearly checkup of the A/C system and to render emergency service as required during normal working hours.  Under this plan, LABOR AND MATERIAL will be supplied to repair or replace, at the option of Parker Fuel Co., the following parts:

*Outdoor fan motor                                            * Starting relay

*Outdoor fan assembly                                       *Run capacitor

*Outdoor thermostat                                           *Start Capacitor

*Hi & Lo Pressure switch                                    *Contactor

*Thermal fuses                                                     *Fan Belts

*Fuses                                                                 *Up to 2lbs Refrigerant

PARTS & SERVICES NOT INCLUDED IN THIS PLAN ARE:

*Air filters                                                             *Thermostats

*Condensate lines                                                 *Obsolete parts

*Condensate pumps                                             *Leak in outdoor coils

*Indoor blower motors                                         *Module & circuit boards

*Indoor blower assembly                                      *Compressor

*Programmable thermostats                                  *Problems due to power failure

Service calls after normal working hours, weekends, and holidays will be charged at normal overtime rates.

A/C Plan #6

   To perform one yearly checkup of the A/C system and to render emergency service as required during normal working hours.  Under this plan, LABOR AND MATERIAL will be supplied to repair or replace, at the option of Parker Fuel Co., the following parts:

*Outdoor fan motor                                            * Starting relay

*Outdoor fan assembly                                       *Run capacitor

*Outdoor thermostat                                           *Start Capacitor

*Hi & Lo Pressure switch                                    *Contactor

*Thermal fuses                                                     *Fan Belts

*Fuses                                                                 *Up to 2lbs Refrigerant

*Indoor blower motor (1/2HP or less)                  *Blower relay       

PARTS & SERVICES NOT INCLUDED IN THIS PLAN ARE:

*Air filters                                                             *Thermostats

*Condensate lines                                                 *Obsolete parts

*Condensate pumps                                             *Leak in outdoor coils

*Indoor blower assembly                                      *Compressor

*Programmable thermostats                                  *Problems due to power

*Module & circuit boards                                     *Leak in indoor coil & refrigerant lines

Service calls after normal working hours, weekends, and holidays will be charged at normal overtime rates.

SERVICE AGREEMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Parker Fuel Company reserves the right to decline acceptance of this service plan after inspection of equipment is made by an authorized representative.
2. This plan does not cover parts damaged by water, fire, acts of god, accident, tampering, abuse or vandalism.  This plan also will not cover any secondary damage due to malfunction or failure of equipment.
3. Parker Fuel Company is not to be held responsible for failure to deliver a/c service due to conditions such as labor problems, weather conditions or any other condition.
4. Parker Fuel Company shall automatically renew this service agreement annually for a period of one year, and futher is not assignable by the undersigned, except upon immediate written notice to the company.  This agreement is subject to cancellation for nonpayment.
5. Parker Fuel Company's obligation to furnish replacement parts is subject to availability of parts from normal sources.
6. This agreement is not in effect until payment is received in our office.
7. This agreement is for a single residential system.
8. It is agreed that all parts replaced must be purchased from Parker Fuel Company
9. Air conditioning coverage only appliesduring normal working day of 8:00A.M. to 4:30P.M., Monday thru Friday.  Saturdays, sundays and legal holidays are not considered normal working days.
10. Homeowner is responsible to call for yearly checkup.
