Winter tree fenceMillions of American households and businesses, mostly in the Northeastern states, rely on heating oil to keep warm in winter. Looking ahead to the heating season, the U.S. Energy Information Administration says "weather patterns will drive the eventual outcome, but higher overall heating expenditures are likely."
